What is for you street photography?
For me, get into the everyday urban life becomes extraordinary. Is a way to show people that what happens before our eyes is really interesting and at the same time unnoticed.
When did you start taking street pictures and why?
My first interest in street photography woke up on a trip to Japan. As a country with a totally different culture to mine I focused on photographing his people through the streets. Soon I met Greg Schimgel’s work on flickr. He is one of the pioneers of mobile street photography and thereafter, this discipline was part of my life.
For you, what is your best shot. Can you explain how you got it?
I think my best shot is yet to come.
Shot, shot, shot.
The Last Resort by Martin Parr.
Would you recommend a photographer or group to whom we should follow?
And mention Greg Schimgel again, thanks to the inspiration I found in his work I am doing this short interview.
